Nigel Farage calls for Irish Sea to be renamed The British Sea
Controversial British politician Nigel Farage has called for the Irish Sea to be renamed The British Sea.
The Reform UK party leader said he got the idea last night after seeing his good friend Donald Trump claiming that he will rename the Gulf of Mexico ‘The Gulf of America’ as soon as he begins his second term as US President.
Farage posted on social media “When I become Prime Minister after the next general election, the first order of business will be to rename the Irish Sea ‘The British Sea.’ It’s in the middle of the British Isles for God’s sake. Who decided it belongs to the Paddies?”
Farage said he also intends to invade the Isle of Man and rename it the Isle of Britain.
“It makes perfect sense that an island in the middle of the British Sea should be called the Isle of Britain. We’ll also take the Republic of Ireland back and the island of Ireland shall be renamed West Britain. Then we can all live as one big happy British nation free from the meddling of the EU and sit back and watch our economies collapse together. Rule Britannia!”
