Man Out Jogging Outraged At How Many People Are Out Jogging

A man who went jogging in his local park this morning is outraged at how many people he saw out jogging. 45 year-old Martin McGuire said he can’t believe how stupid some people are and thinks the Gardaí should be clamping down more than they are.

“For God’s sake what is wrong with these people? We are in a lockdown. Things are bad when you can’t even go jogging without meeting loads of people out jogging. Do they not watch the news? Stay at home people! I cannot stress this enough.”

Martin said until people start taking the Covid-19 restrictions seriously he’s going to keep telling them what to do.

“I told one guy straight to his face. He was jogging past me I said to him ‘Hey! You’re supposed to stay at home.’ He told me to shut up and called me a wanker but I won’t be silenced so I said it to the next guy too. He called me a stupid cunt and punched me in the face but I don’t care. If I get through to just one person it’s worth it.”

We asked Martin if he’s always been a dickhead or if it’s just a recent development.

“It’s just a recent thing.”he told us. “Now if you’ll excuse me I’m off to Aldi to tell everyone in there to go home because they shouldn’t be out shopping. Wish me luck!”
