The wife of shamed actor and rapper Will Smith will play Sinead O’Connor in a new movie about the Irish singer.

Jada Smith is apparently also an actress but is more famous for having an open marriage with her famous husband and for sleeping with her son’s friend. And of course there was the infamous slap when Will Smith assaulted comedian Chris Rock at the Oscars for telling a joke.

Smith (the wife) told Variety she’s been practicing the Irish accent by studying Tom Cruise’s performance in the movie Far and Away.

“It’s easy. You just talk normal and add ‘be jesus’ or ‘be gorrah’ to the end of each sentence.”

Predictably the racists have been out in force condemning the casting of Will Smith’s wife. One far-right thug posted online “Wouldn’t it be better if an Irish actress played Sinead?” Disgusting!!! Another Nazi said “Isn’t she the wrong colour?” Sickening!!!

Filming is due to begin next month and other cast members confirmed so far include Oprah Winfrey as Sinead O’Connor’s mother and Denzel Washington as Dave Fanning. The part of Sinead’s former lover and long-time friend Daniel Day-Lewis will be played by Dev from Coronation Street.
