President Trump Calls For Calm In King Kong

US President Donald Trump has called for calm in King Kong. The President was talking to reporters at a press briefing in the White House this morning and indications are that he probably meant Hong Kong.

“I understand their frustration but these protests need to stop now. People should sit down and talk. America is willing to help in any way we can. I have great respect and admiration for all the people over there in King Kong.”

Mr. Trump went on to say that he has been to King Kong many times and began reminiscing about his favourite King Kong golf course before one of the reporters interrupted him, explaining that King Kong was not a self-governing administrative region of southern China but a fictional giant gorilla.

After a brief silence during which the President stared angrily at the reporter, he had the man removed by security and revoked his White House press pass for life.
