Putin warns no foreign troops should enter Ukraine – except North Koreans obviously

Vladimir Putin has warned that any foreign troops entering Ukraine would immediately become legitimate targets for strikes.
Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok just moments ago, the Russian leader left journalists in attendance in no doubt how he would respond to such an intervention.
“If any foreign troops appear in Ukraine during our special military operation, which is going great by the way, these troops will be targets for destruction. You have been warned.”
One reporter asked Putin what about North Korean troops.
“Well, except North Koreans, obviously. Don’t ask stupid questions. So just to confirm, for the idiots in the room, no foreign troops, except North Koreans, should enter Ukraine.”
Another reporter asked Putin if he was saying only Ukrainian troops should be in Ukraine.
The Russian leader reacted angrily and ended the press conference instantly after telling the reporter in question that he had been selected for special treatment.
The unknown journalist was then escorted from the building and was last seen being brought via an elevator to the 25th floor of a nearby hotel.
We’ll have more on this breaking news as it unfolds.
