Manchester City fans begin planning long trek to Manchester for celebrations

Manchester City fans have already began planning the long trek to Manchester for the celebrations and open top bus parade that is planned for Monday after their team won the Champions League Final in Istanbul tonight.

Flights from Malaysia, Singapore, Abu Dhabi and beyond are being snapped up by City fans eager to be there to welcome the team home. Tusiman Hadiyat from Kuala Lumpur told us he wouldn’t miss it for the world.

“I’ve been a life long City fan for nearly five years now. I can’t believe I’m finally going to Manchester. This is a dream come true for me. I honestly cannot wait. First thing on my list is the Old Trafford tour.”

Gunter Joko Widodo from Indonesia is flying to England tomorrow morning and said he’s been supporting his beloved Man City for well over four years.

“Champions of Europe! Manchester is blue. This is going to be the best week of my life. I cannot wait to welcome the boys home. United are finished. Down with Manchester United. I hate them red rags so much. Although I cannot wait to do the Old Trafford tour. I hear it’s a real highlight.”

All hotels in Manchester have been fully booked for this Monday ever since City reached the Champions League Final as fans worldwide anticipated the team’s victory. The Old Trafford tour is also fully booked for all of Monday.
