Frantic search underway as Brits release Rose West by mistake

A frantic search is underway in the UK after notorious child killer Rose West was mistakenly released from prison this morning.

This is the fourth such incident in two weeks and part of a growing trend in Britain of releasing the wrong person.

Governor of Wakefield Prison Jonathan Winterbottom, who mistakenly released West this morning, told reporters “She came into my office and told me she was a cleaning lady and had forgotten where the exit door was. How was I supposed to know it was Rose West telling me fibs? You can’t trust anyone these days.”

Rose West collaborated with her infamous husband Fred West in the murder of at least ten young women between 1973 and 1987. She also killed her 8 year-old stepdaughter Charmaine in 1971.

Bookies Paddy Power have began taking bets on who will be the next prisoner released by mistake in Britain. The current favourite at 2/1 is yer man who stabbed loads of people on the train last week.
