Trump demands Nobel Peace Prize for pausing war he started

Donald Trump has once again said he should be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize – this time for pausing a war he started.
Just hours after agreeing to a two-week ceasefire with Iran, Trump told reporters that getting the Strait of Hormuz reopened is one of his greatest ever achievements, failing to mention that it has been opened since the beginning of time and only closed because he attacked Iran.
“No other President in history has ever managed to get the Strait of Hormuz reopened. I’m the first. And all I had to do to achieve it was threaten to mass murder an entire civilization. If that doesn’t deserve the Nobel Peace Prize I don’t know what does.”
The US president also declared “complete and total victory” and claimed the US had achieved full regime change in Iran.
“The bad guys are gone. We killed them all. We have different guys in charge now. We can negotiate with them. They’re not as bad. They’re not good but they’re less bad. Actually they are quite bad. Maybe I’ll have them killed too. Hell I’ll kill as many people as it takes to get me that Nobel Peace Prize.”
Trump then ended the press conference without taking any questions, telling reporters “Goodnight folks. God bless America and God bless you all for not talking about the Epstein files anymore. Lol.”
