People who post the words “Nom Nom” on Facebook while eating something are being encouraged to pack it in and grow the fuck up.

Checking into a restaurant on Facebook and adding the words “Nom Nom” has become hugely popular in recent years but research shows that it’s one of the most annoying things to see on Facebook and that it really bugs the shit out of your friends.



Some people are even incapable of having a slice of toast at home without first uploading a photo of it accompanied by the obligatory “Nom Nom”.

Dr. Luke Molloy from the Institute of Research told us “It’s like checking into your toilet on Facebook and posting the words “Poo Poo” every time you go for a shite. Trust me, nobody cares.”
