Dublin Airport Hires New Head Of Security

Dublin Airport authorities have hired a new head of security after video of a fight between a number of men at the airport on Tuesday evening went viral. One man was hospitalised with serious head injuries.

The bare-knuckle boxing match lasted about 15 minutes and Security Police failed to intervene as they were too busy tryng to catch people parking “illegally” outside Arrivals while collecting family and friends.

Horrified onlookers, including young children, witnessed one of the men repeatedly stamping on another man’s head as his friends cheered him on.

It is hoped new security manager Padraig Nally will bring the ‘no nonsense’ approach to the job that he has shown in the past.

As expected, one civil rights group is up in arms with spokesman Davey Joyce saying the appointment is a disgrace.

“It’s pure discrimination. I don’t know what people are complaining about anyway. There’s no better way to spend your time waiting in an airport than supping a few creamy pints and watching a good scrap.”

Authorities confirmed Mr Nally has also been made head of funeral fights, communion battles and wedding wars.
